Staff were rude and wouldn't provide clarity on donations. They kept telling me to come back another time for donations, if they aren't taking donations should just save me a step. Rather than tell me a time to come back and then turn me around again. Its a shame to throw things out, but I dont have time to keep come back and I really don't like feeling unwelcome like the staff made me feel. At least one of them was politish(or just not rude) so I dont want to give a 1 out of five.

I went to drop some things off and when the cart got full the man working chastised me very rudely to pick up the bin I placed on the ground. I didn’t know that was an issue so I ignored the rudeness and complied. Then I tried donating a chair and he said he couldn’t take it because it had (literally) 3 hairs on it. I asked if I could just take them off and I didn’t really understand what he was saying so I just put it back in the car and left. It seems like someone else has had similar experience, I would bet it was with the same person. I like shopping inside, but I’ll probably donate elsewhere from now on.

Decent stuff. Clean store. But always a long line. Every single time, 6 people waiting and one or two cashiers. You'd think they'd notice or care. That said, if you're in the area, it's otherwise just fine.

This location stands out among the National Goodwill Online stores. They will sell you damaged goods described as not damaged, then block you from buying when you reach out and try to resolve in a professional manner. The man who responded to my request for a return was totally unprofessional and rude. When you are in the retail business as I am and these people are, you need to resolve issues not steal from people and block them like a small child would do. It is possible the item was damaged by the shipping carrier, which happens, but the man handling my problem responded two times then blocked me. No good reason. I was not rude, I was completely professional. He flat out gave me the middle finger then blocked me. I recommend just avoiding this location and concentrate on the mostly professional and communicative locations.
