Damon is absolutely horrible, ignorant and laziness at its finest. Oh did I mention he’s also a liar? Needed a few things done and he went into this odd explanation about xerox machines and the paper they produce not being compatible with the machines…like any of them. He went on about him being a “freelance designer” like I care or would believe he can work photoshop in depth when he can’t even make simple copies. In the end he overcharged me and said Office Depot couldn’t do certain services the way I want them done, but when I went to another location the had no problem doing it for less and not even he understood what Damon was talking about. Obviously he didn’t want to do the extra work, has no knowledge of this company or copy/print as a whole. Is this really the people you have representing your company? Charged for 26 sheets because he didn’t know how to put multiples on a page, wow. Retrain or fire him because I can only imagine how often this has and will happen to others

This store does not have friendly associates and those associates are not helpful at all. This store must do better. Customers certainly have many choices; Office Depot needs to earn my business and loyalty.

Damon (service adviser) working at the print/copy desk was not a helpful service agent at all. One self service machine was broken leaving only 1 available. There was an extended wait for the 1 machine. He had absolutely NO customers waiting at the print/copy counter and rejected to offer help. When I asked for his help he advised “ he’s done helping printing behind the counter”. I literally had to wait additional 20+ minutes longer just to print a simple document, because of the broken machines, and lack of customer service at this location. Unacceptable level of service
