Apparently the hallway had gotten flooded. They had a fan to dry the area up. But looks like the flooded area came from the room that they put us in. The smell was horrendous. The lobby assistant had a wonderful attitude. And acted like she did not want to answer any questions we had. We got ignored on two questions asked then we went to our room. Bathroom shower chair was nasty. But other than that it was a good for a one day trip. Will not return.

Carpet was very stained. Carpet was covered in food crumbs. Tabletop surfaces were covered in crumbs and dirty hand prints. Two live roaches greeted us soon as we opened door to room. Smashed roach was in bathroom floor. Shower rod falling down. Dingy, poor draining shower. Bits of paper and tags left from previous occupants. I’ve worked housekeeping in hotels, I find it hard to believe a head housekeeper inspected this room and allowed it to be available that dirty. Cleaning is a simple task. Seeing clean is even simpler.

Rooms need to be updated, old microwave and fridge, has a motel feel, first day, bedding was stained and dirty, then asked for more in which I had to put on the bed, then these are stained and look dirty also. Room on top of us was loud and noisy all night,complained to the front desk several times and still no change, so that was one sleepless night. Breakfast was never refilled with anything, asked front desk about it, and she was like choose something else if something runs out, will never come back again, thankfully this is my last night

Positive: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. Negative: I did not like the staff. They were not willing to work with my wife and I after our flight from Detroit to Atlanta was delayed several times. We missed our check in and they deemed us a "no show" and refused to give us a refund.
