The hallway smells like wet dog, a dirty stinky dog... The room smells like stale cigarettes lying in an ashtray... I can't get past the smell even though the room was somewhat clean. The pool was clean and not available to use? The replies to the bad comments are scripted, nobody really cares, they want you to come back again! LOL... NOT! I will let Booking.com know about this as well... Very disappointed with what I had to pay for what I got, stay somewhere else...

Your Car's Extended Warranty

This is hands down the best extended stay hotel I've stayed at. The daytime staff is super friendly. Guy at front desk the weekend of the 4th needs a raise or big title. Superb experience 👌

Screwed up and didn’t have our two bedroom suite. Ended up getting a damaged one with broken tv, roaches, broken towel holder, broken lamp, and no head board. Said it was fine for one night when we only knew about head board and lamp. Didn’t even offer discount. I paid for a two room with nothing wrong and ended up with that.

Specifically asked for room service not to come to my room during the day as i work night shift and have been woken up multiple times during my stay. Unable to get any type of rest here and staff always have an attitude. Rooms smell weird and had some lady screaming her head off at someone in the next room for almost an hour one morning.
