When you call after holding they hang up. They send no less than 9 automated calls to inform you of how they can not fill your prescription: If you are able to get through to someone they tell you they can not inform you of the fill status of your prescription. Further: the cvs.com portal does not work. After calling the 1-800 number it still does not work.

I had sent pictures from my phone to be printed through app. CVS emailed me pictures was ready to be picked up. When I got there, worker didn't know what he was doing, kept searching through other envelopes, I showed him my order number, still can't find pictures, then he said paper got stuck and he'd have to return pictures. Why did they send me an email saying pictures were ready when they wasn't? Such incompetence. I'll NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. It's too bad I had to give a star when it's not deserved. Should be no stars rating.
