I don't normally do this, but I have to leave a negative review. I had been coming to this dry cleaner for nearly a year and a half. I took all my new suits for them to alter, I had them dry clean all of my stuff. The staff was nice, friendly, and it made me feel good to support my fellow Latinos. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, is the last time I'll ever go there. I brought back a suit, still with their cleaning tags and in the bag, that hadn't been cleaned right around the armpits. It had been sitting in my backseat for a week or so, because I was sick (CoViD) and so a day after I was able to go out and was feeling better, I took it to them to get it corrected. They looked up when I picked it up, and obviously, it had been more than a week, since I was isolating. At this point, the gentlemen points to the sign on the counter, which is 4 days....for alterations!! It says nothing about dry cleaning. He said they could do it again, for a few bucks less than it originally cost me for them to give it to me not cleaned right. I even told him I was sick, and that's why I couldn't come in sooner!! That's what got me the discount it seems.... Like I said, last time I go there.

The alteration to my outfit is perfect. It fits better all over just fixing the shoulders. I dropped it off on a Friday it was ready the following Monday. The price was cheaper than expected. 💖💖
