The cashier in the drive thru is extremely rude. This is on a consistent basis. Never allows you to complete the order. This is the same lady that has got into situations before. The staff is terrible. They hire low budget people that give low budget service!

Owners please check the people that works on your places , I can’t believe that employees can’t take my order inside and when I was true the drive true I was looking at the menu online I waited 20 minutes on the line when was my turn they don’t have what the many said , reallyyyyyy

Waited in the drive thru to order.. but they were closed at 5:45 on a Sunday? With employees in the building? If that’s the case, then please mark it on Google/put a sign up, so people don’t waste their time. 🤦‍♀️

Mom On Mission For The Truth

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER NAMED SARAH, apparently she is the daughter of the owner. Nepotism at its finest! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They do not even deserve 1 star, but you can not post with zero stars. Sarah set a policy that you can not order in person, only on line or drive thru orders could be made. I was refused service twice. When I went in to talk to her, Sarah proceeded to send texts on the phone and go on about her business, stalling coming to listen to my concern. When she did finally come, she spoke in a very rude tone, twisting her neck, and even used the F word. This restaurant apparently does not care about their customers, in fact they resent their customers because they do not want to work! They are a disgrace to the Popeyes Franchise!
