WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food establishment. Workers clearly don't care about their job. I went to order a Taco Bell Power Bowl and they "couldn't find it" on the menu. So I agree to get KFC instead. They apparently no longer sell Famous Bowls nor Hot tenders (even though both are CLEARLY on the menu.) Worker was unprofessional, never asked for help, and cussed multiple times. Then, I proceeded to be rung up for the WRONG meal and never got any sauce-even though I was charged for it. Fire all the workers and replace with those who actually want a job.

Horrible quality all around. From the staff to the manager and of course the food. The grease is old and the food is old. They need to shut down. If i had time I would return this food for the 3rd time but who wants to keep wasting gas to go to a restaurant to complain and still not get satisfactory service smh I will not return

Food was very fresh and prepared correctly, but that's about all it had going for it. Stood at the front register a few minutes before having our order taken, despite there only being two other people inside and one car in the drive through. Not sure what was going on, but between that and how dirty the restaurant was? I feel the lunch rush had been over for a long enough period that these shouldn't have been issues. Probably wouldn't hit this location up again.

Customer Service is disgusting 🤮, it really upsets my stomach how people have attitudes toward customers, Restaurant G135068 CASHIER : Carrie Lord bless her with joy and happiness she really needs it. Rudest person ever Not sure how can Franchises like this give the opportunity to work to frustrated ppl , a bad face to your business.
