Very nice 55+ Senior country club. 2000+ homes. 18 hole golf course free to residents, low HOA fee, good restaurant, bar, pools, Jacuzzis, and lots of social clubs. 24 hr security. Most of all, lots of great people live here. As John Denver used to sing, "Almost heaven, PDG..."

Are you talking about the golf course? Each owner gets 2 golf course memberships and you can have as many guests as you want, ... for an additional cost.

Are there space rent fees on top of the HOA fee, what electric Co. do you pay your bill through?

No space rental fees because you own the land. Unit owners are responsible for their own utilities. Trash and cable included in the monthly HOA fees.

Membership to 18 hole golf course, 24x7 security, cable TV, trash service, pools & Jacuzzis, Clubhouse, library, computer room, clubs and activities, and best people in the Coachella Valley.
