Avenida 10/5/2021 Hi, I am Beverly Hopper moved from Washington state to Avenida in May . I had just retired and needed an adventure, so I sold my house of 20 years and decided to move to California. My brother suggested Avenida Palm Desert. I have been here 5 months and love living here!! Avenida is a lifestyle that I have fully embraced The staff is warm, friendly, and extremely accommodating with meeting our needs as residents here at Avenida. The apartments are beautifully designed and have views of the mountains and pool. I look forward to having my morning coffee on my balcony overlooking the pool and mountains everyday. I thought that I might be bored here with nothing to do. I was wrong, Exercising is important to me and do it to keep me busy. Avenida has a gym with circuit training classes as well as classes in balance and coordination,. A Latin dancing class and a water aerobics class are also offered here. Also there are so many activities to enjoy. Artists come in and teach us a variety of art classes, game night, movies in our movie theater, Themed Trivia game challenge, and a beginning Spanish class (that I teach). These are just some of the activities at Avenida!! There is a weekly happy hour and live entertainment which is amazing! I really want to adopt a rescue dog, I was waiting to see if Avenida would be good place for my fur baby. After 5 months my answer is yes! It is very pet friendly with nice areas to walk and play with them and the residents and staff are very kind to the pets here. Thank you Avenida for making this my forever home and making a difference in my life!

I decided to downsize and moved into Avenida two moths ago and it's been such a great experience. The staff is friendly and always helpful, the apartments and communal space are really beautiful (and always clean) and the frequent activities are engaging and fun. I'm especially enjoying the exercise classes, movie theater, gift wrap station, happy hours, and the new friends I've made. It's only about 8 minutes from some of my favorite restaurants and shops on El Paseo, and just down the street from Desert Willow and The Marriott golf courses. The best place to be in Palm Desert as an active senior!

Our experience with Lisa Clark and Nicole was great, from the first call to inquire about the brand new community. Lisa was extremely informative and helpful. We toured the property and were very impressed with the amenities and the design. Its like a small resort, convenient to many grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, fabulous golf courses. Really one of a kind, unique rental community and super friendly staff. Beautifully appointed units. Very excited to make the move to Avenida.

We cannot say enough good things about Dee Wieringa (Director) and Brigitte Toth ( Marketing) who have been instrumental in making our decision.
