No dish washer. if you saying now "I can wash them by hand" you need to reconsider. Used to be good for the price back when we moved in but it is steadily going up making it not worth. Maintenance staff is amazing always on point. Management is a little lacking when you call front office no one answers the phone always end up call the emergency number. All around great place to live!!!

I rated this complex 3 star because Im giving the 2 br a 2 star and the 1br one star, really don't want to give it that! The 2 br's are decent, the rooms are average size. Been here for four months. Loved it when I first moved in. I do like the area.
