Friendly staff easy donating blood

The staff was very friendly and professional. However, unfortunately, I have had 2 unsuccessful draw insertion at this location and this is the only location that has happened. When my mom tried to give here, she also ended up with a giant bruise because of an unsuccessful draw as well. It is very disappointing when you lose an opportunity to save a life because of inexperience. However, we do love Vitalant and the opportunities it gives us to give back. We will continue to donate blood, but at a different location. Thank you

Awesome friendly people who know you by name greet you when you walk in! Give platelets every two weeks. They can only be stored for five days and there are so many cancer patients in need. You can earn points towards gift cards like Amazon if that is an important factor in your decision.
