I got to say...the employees here at this ATT store are amazing and extremely helpful! I went to the ATT store in Santa Ana. The Santa Ana Employees there were rude, not helpful, just seemed like they didn't care. I stl ordered my phone with them but there were a ton of issues on their end and they were unwilling to fix the problem. I talked to customer service over the phone and they canceled phone. I then went to Aliso. Jesus was the first person who saw me and IMMEDIATELY asked if I wanted help. He was friendly, informative, extremely helpful and had a great at attitude. I ordered phone with him. A week later I came back to pick up my phone, and he was there to help me again! He is a fantastic employee and easy to talk to . Going back this weekend to turn in my old phone. Hope he's there again!

To be honest this was the best AT&T service we got so far in the last 7 years. Erich and Miguel was helping us. I have to tell Erich was really the magician and helped us with all our questions. We were so desperate cause my husband lost his phone. Erich helped us to complete all the necessary steps to make sure my husband’s phone would not be comprised. We can not thank Erich enough. Erich and Miguel thanks a bunch for all your support and help. You truly made our day. You definitely need a recognition for the great service you provided today. Thanks a million
