When you go in they don't let you touch anything. So, if you want to see a phone they just talk to you about it. You have to stand in line 6' apart and wait for someone to get to you. You wear a mask and the workers wear a mask. They have hand sanitizers by the checkout.

Can i go in and do an upgrade on my phone or do I need to make an appointment?
