If you are willing to foster the kitten, they can provide you with a "Wait 'till 8" kit, which has everything you need to foster the kitten while they try to help find a rescue to take it in. I'm not staff at SPAH, but their primary focus is facilitating TNR activities. They also have a wellness clinic for cats that are being fostered or are in a rescue. While it's not unheard of, SPAH does not take in cats/kittens as part of their normal operating practice.
