Jonathan was very professional, courteous and attentive even though he was the only staff in this morning. When there were three of us being serviced and then the phone rang, he maintained calm and excused himself to attend to the phone customer. He explained everything well and I never felt like he was pushing to make a sale or talk me into products that I didn't want. A very affable sales rep, Jonathan made this experience pleasant.
