Chino location is the Worst Penske shop in all of the United States of America. They lie and have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They absolutely refuse to help you. I lease a fleet of trucks from Penske and luckily the other locations nationwide give excellent service. I would never do business with Penske based on the actions of this location.
