This WAS my go to laundry even though I live 3 miles away. They always keep the place clean, which is good, but now y'all are starting to slip and hopefully you don't become as bad as Girard Ave. First, the seats by the windows disappeared. Then on my last visit, I forgot my wash detergent and only needed a small size. The attendant "accidentaly" rung me up for the larger size, but tried to give me 2 small sizes. Both small sizes were not only LESS MONEY than the larger size together, but both small bottles had less detergent!!!. Then they now charge an extra $1.00 for using hot water! I know everything is high but this is gouging. I'll be back when y'all get better....maybe.
