I come here many times the chicken is what it is because it's a restaurant chain although I don't like when there are times when they run out of chicken and they only have certain pieces and when you come to purchase a special order they won't accommodate.

I’m in tears as I write this. Service was great and the guy was very nice however this chicken is vile and ice cold. I’ll have to search a little harder for a good bite to eat next time I’m in Philly. Cheers to the employees tho you guys rock, and I’m sure you’re all very nice

The service was good and food came out very quickly but it was barely warm at all. I specifically asked for fresh hot fries and they still gave me old warm fries. That messed up the whole meal for me. Instantly took my appetite away. I also ordered popcorn shrimp and they were cold.
