is there a shower
Currently it's $2000/yr for new members. Not all lots are wooded. Don't think any open lots are available. Would have to take over someone's lot if they sell their trailer already on a lot. That's what I did in June. Might be able to contact them to get on a wait list or notified when a trailer / lot becomes available.
