Absolutely the worst and unprofessional office I have had the displeasure of dealing with. My daughter needed a video conference with her "doctor", the lady whom they have answering the phone needs to be FIRED! She is rude, speaks over me on the phone, hung up on me 4 times and then refuses to answer the phone. I asked to speak to her office manager, and...CLICK. HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS. My daughter is not able to walk, zero compassion for her condition. ** And to your response, apparently you don't know what your own doctor tells us the doctor told us that video calls and conferencing would be fine since my daughter is Confined her bed.

Dr. Khatibi is very friendly but his staff is horrible very horrible rude and don’t listen to what you have to say I do not recommend anybody To go ahead and unless you wanna be treated horribly by their staff

They scare me and have yelled at me a few time but I come back because I see a PA that cares about me. It’s like having an abusive husband but I’ll still go because Dr.k is is amazing !!!!

Doctor listened and understood my pain. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I was seen on time and didn't have to wait to be see doctor.

I agree with ur post! Dr. Khatibi has been a blessing. Better than other pain drs I've seen.
I was actually quite impressed with the Dr .1st I seen Sydney (PA.)she actually listened and was concerned about me as a individual.ive had to deal with chronic pain since 1997 so believe me it's a shame to say.the rules the laws have changed, and uninjured people that abuse medications have made it hard on those of us that are legit.however I do agree that the system as a whole needs improvement .as far as the inland pain mngt.are great .I look forward to my next visit.sincerly C.Vasas
I think they should practice not only social distancing on Tuesdays when Walkins come by the hundreds. And ax out the massage before your appointment because the face Part on the massage bench was not wiped or disinfected before they tried to make me sit there. I watched the end of the prior patient's massage. He got up and you tried to rush me to sit down. COVID-19 is real.
