Had a 315 appointment never received a call when I arrived at the salon the hair dresser never came out to greet me. I stood in the waiting area of the salon for 45 minutes and not one person said a word to me or the other 3-4 people Waiting. Terrible customer service, I will not be returning to this establishment.

The most unprofessional salon I’ve EVER delt with. Canceled on us twice in one week. I asked if someone else could cut our hair and the response was “I’m sure no one would want to it’s 4:30 that’s late”… well my appt was at 5:30. Seriously go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
