The employees here decided to lock the front doors 1 hour and 8 minutes before the posted closing time. There were 3 employees working who all noticed me at the door but decided to pretend I wasn’t there and not come by with an explanation. Super rude and reflective of poor management. Lights off and employees rolled out exactly 1 hour before closing. Maybe post the change in hours on the door and stay open for business until the posted time? Anyway, witnessed enough and will no longer be taking my business here. The San Jose Baskin Robbins 2 miles away was open and greeted us with a smile and great customer service 👍

This place does not disappoint they have much more variety then other stores. The staff is polite, restaurant clean and you always get generous portions. Great spot to take the kids especially on a hot day! You'll find something for everyone from a variety of cones, waffle bowls, floats, pints, cakes, milkshakes, smoothies, coffee blasts and yummy toppings to choose from. My favorite is the smores but always recommend the brownie chocolate also.

Been to this location twice in the last few weeks, and they've been totally disappointing. They close an hour early, and this last time they had half of the ice cream racks totally empty. Very upset that this is one of the only locations nearby and the service is so horrible lately, can't wait for summer🤦🏾‍♂️
