The front desk person was so rude I think is new but he need a customer service skills! This visit was my first time here and my last.

The customer service at the DMV is more helpful than here. I understand that the workers may be busy, but it costs nothing to acknowledge someone and let them know you'll be with there soon - this is basic common courtesy, rather than having someone wait in a car for 15+ minutes without saying a single word to them. Do better.
