The A/C was …Sean, I apologize for your less than stellar experience at York Square Apartments. We are under new ownership since 2018, so I apologize that I can't recall specifics from your situation. We try to stay ahead of any A/C or Heat issues, but the reality of older apartment homes is that they do sometimes have to be replaced. We do our best to replace them as needed. Thank you for your compliments on the property's tidiness and peacefulness. Our grounds crew does an excellent job keeping everything clean!

York Square has a peaceful community atmosphere. The landlord lady was very helpful in explaining everything that is on property without overselling any aspects.
