I ordered online and within (4) days received confirmation via email that my order was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I displayed proper credentials; email, with necessary information. Store Manager Carrie informed me my order was not available, while making NO ATTEMPT to 'research' the issue. I made Carrie aware 'That's not a (Good Look) for Zales in sending an email with misinformation). Instead, Carrie replies, 'There must have been a glitch in the system; we are all human and no one is perfect!" Carrie's ENTIRE demeanor was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE 😠 Because my 'local' Zales closed in January, I traveled to another location for the merchandise. My response to Carrie was 'I would have been able to accept the fact that there could have been 'a glitch in the system;' however, you never had the common courtesy to apologize for my inconvenience, nor have you made an attempt to rectify the situation.' At this point Carrie says 'I'm sorry for the inconvenience.' 'No, Carrie, you would have NEVER APOLOGIZED, had I not made mention.' In the meantime as I headed out of the store, I placed a call the Zales headquarters.
