Half of the machines are broken and the change machine didn't work. I had to leave and go somewhere else. The 2 workers in there weren't very helpful either. They saw me trying multiple times to put my dollars in for change. One lady said "Oh I guess it isnt working". They were in such a rush to leave!!!

Cheap prices, but alot of dryers were down but it was OK because I was the only one there washing and drying.

Its a cozy place to get your laundry done, washers and dryers work well. The only problem is there is always a problem with getting quarters in there; to be on the safe side bring your own Quarters.☺

Questions & Answers

How many people sjow up for free wash nihht.

Laundry Love (Owner) | Dec 18, 2019

We average from 25-35 families. Sometimes it can be slow, while other times it is quite busy! After 30 families get on the list, we have to start warning people that we may not have time to get to them. People do start lining up at 4pm, but it isn't always necessary- only if you want in the first "phase". It starts at 6pm, and the last load of wash goes in at 8pm (so our volunteers can be done by 8:30).

James Wulf | Dec 18, 2018

Free Laundry starts at 6:00pm. Sign-Up starts about 15 minutes before. You must be on the List by 7:30pm, no exceptions or excuses. Period! Our kind and generous Volunteers would like to Clean-Up and Go Home at a decent time. You must Stay in Line with your Laundry waiting to Sign-Up or waiting to be Called. If you are Not in Line when Called, you will be placed at the End of the List. You have a choice between 2 Smaller Regular Washers / Dryers or 1 Large Washer / Dryer per Person. You will get 1 Wash and 1 Dry Cycle per Machine. If you need more Drying Time for some items, they will add 2 more Quarters. That is all! You have a choice regarding Washing Temperature and Cycle. You also have a choice regarding Drying Temperature and Cycle. Most people use, and all are encouraged, to Dry on High Heat! If your Laundry is Not Done because of choosing a Lower Heat, it is Not the Volunteer's Fault. Continued ...

Only Cash but it has a great change machine extra large washers and very hot dryers. The washers spin very fast too reduce dryer time. It's a great place that supports the local community
