The service coordinator I was working with said he was going to order me an Lyft to take me back home. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before I had to get up and ask another coordinator what was going on. Pretty sure the original service coordinator I was working with had just forgotten…but instead of coming out and apologizing, and ordering me a Lyft, he had another service coordinator do it.

I went for my 7K miles oil change, which I was not guite at 7k miles. With my new 2022 Nissan overall, they checked ( ie. rotate tires, brakes etc..), I notice that my lights were turned off by the dealership when I went out for dinner that evening. I did not notice that I was driving without any lights and a car almost ran into me. I never turn my light switch off. In the future, if you turn something off please turn it back on ie. lights or anything that the dealership turn off can at least turn it back on when the vehicle is return to me.

In many cases, there is remaining factory warranty balances on our pre-owned inventory. Ask us or see our dealership for a specific answer based on a vehicle in-stock. We have access to the “In Service” date that kicks off a warranty timeline and can also give you great detail on additional coverages that we offer and back.
