They just lied you about the coin shortage. Signs about coin shortage are everywhere. Just have a 'small vault' and recommended you to another branch when you bring coins to AND despite limit you to get coins. LIARS.

I had to come into the bank for identification verification and the banker made excuses why they couldn't help me, redirecting me to call instead (when I did I was told on the phone, again, that I had to come into a branch in person.) This branch either has very poor customer service or unknowledgeable employees.

I've been a long time business customer of Chase. I use branches all over California and Oregon. This is the most untrained, rude, staff I've ever encountered. The assistant manager, Edlin Garcia, is rude, and also wrong on policy. The real manager is on vacation and they can't handle it without. Came in with 3 transactions. Spent 45 minutes there, they broke a card machine with my card in it, took my cash, and would not accept my with deposit. I'm going to another branch and trying it all over again. Very bad training and staff. Shame on you Chase
