Pulled in to spray the salt off of my pick up truck and was met by a worker who yelled at me to not spray snow off in her bay. I had no intention of spraying the bed of my truck out however she got very rude after I said I wouldn't do that and proceeded to tell me I'd better not. When I asked if she would like to spray my truck off to show me how she'd like it done she told me I was not welcome to use her car wash. My company drives multiple vehicles in the area weekly and none of us will ever use her services again being polite would have gotten her a better response. Terrible way to run a business.

This place needs some adjustments in the bays where you can wash your own car. The timer runs before you handle the pressure spray hose, it runs while you pick next wash cycle and while you're waiting for the lines to clear: example; going …Joseph, I'm sorry you weren't happy with you experience. We have 13 foot high ceilings to allow tall vehicles, so it does takes a few seconds to switch chemicals. An easy way to avoid "wasting time" with coins is to use bills. The quarter situation isn't something we can change, and is the same as every other self serve car wash out there. I have yet to visit a car wash that pauses the timer while you put more money in or change chemicals.

Touchless car wash is a plus so no scratches. But does not get my car as clean as other places. 12 bucks for a wash isnt bad, though.

Been coming here for 3 years now for my car wash and nowhere else. Never had an issue and has always cleaned my car perfect. Could use another air dry cycle for the 12 dollars though. Never seems to dry my car very good at the end and leaves some spots on the hood.Thank you for the review and the constructive criticism. I will test our dryer motors to make sure they are operating at full strength.
