BEST. GYM. EVER. Not a big reviewer but this more than warrants one. After bouncing around countless mediocre personal training facilities, I stumbled upon Aspire last summer and have been training here ever since. Losing over 20 pounds in total and greatly improving my figure over this period, I can say with confidence Phillip is one of the best in the game. Instead of providing the conventional cookie cutter formula to all clients, Phil's training style is specifically tailored to each individual's goals, lifestyle, and pace. His extensive knowledge in nutrition and bloodwork helps create the best meal plan for optimal results, all the while his patience and understanding cultivates a space where he becomes not only a mentor, but also a friend during the process. His passion for his job and authenticity is apparent in just a few sessions. Phil also hires trainers that embody all these qualities; what sets Aspire apart from other facilities is each employee's dedication to pushing you to your full potential, all the while making the session seem like you're catching up with an old friend. Not limited to just exceptional trainers, the hygiene and tidiness of the gym is also unmatched. Finding Aspire was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love training here! I really felt unhealthy throughout Covid and it feels so nice to know that I’m working on my health. Something I really wanted to work on was my belly and arm fat which has decreased a lot after losing around 11 pounds. I was 120 and now I’m at 109 which feels so amazing. We’re building a lot more muscle and I can even do a pull up now! Phillip and Emmett really care about their clients. They really make every single session so fun and they’re so funny! I give this place five stars!

Coming to Aspire Fitness has been the best decision for my fitness journey! I love training with all the trainers here. The team is super friendly and humorous. Whenever I come here, it's always a breath of fresh air knowing that I am getting my pump in while also talking with them! The best part about joining Aspire Fitness is how they want to make sure that you are reaching your fitness goal. Whether that's losing weight, getting more toned, working on a specific area of the body, or just a little stress relief, they are there with their fullest attention! I'm grateful for the trainers because after working out here for almost 2 1/2 months, I already feel stronger and healthier, but also I lost 10 pounds! I couldn't have done it without them :)

Yes, when you book a free consultation, we will assess your fitness level, pinpoint weak areas in the body, and test flexibility. If possible, please come early so you can warm up!
The monthly membership is a recurring payment that occurs on whichever day you sign up. The total each month comes out to $440.00 a month which is $44.00 a session. The 8 session package, however, is just 8 sessions that you can use however you like. Whether that's 2 times a week, 1 time a month, 8 in 10 days, we don't mind! These sessions, however, cost $500.00 or $62.50 for each session.
Yes, appointment is required to get your free session. If you come in to the gym without a appointment booked we will most likely be serving another client. So, please book and appointment so we can fill you into our schedule!
