Yes it is and the family that owns it lives in the back of it the equipment several years ago was in poor condition for the most part it also had a dry cleaning operation as well that part of it is no longer in service i bleve they close either nine or ten and weekends can b very hard to get a washer or dryer best to go weekdays the equipment is upgraded and it offers soda pop out of their vending machines laundry baskets to transport your wet loads air conditioning and tables to fold your laundry really clean inside offers a bathroom also kept clean and just really nice folks reasonable too surprisingly for all the upgrades and plenty of places to set i hope this helps and one more thing it converts paper money to quarters just dont take debit or credit cards
