Vacationed in Sonoma last week and this place was recommended to us by Jeff, our pilot from Sonoma Ballooning. Honestly, we wish we would have gone here every day for breakfast rather than just once. Other than seeming a little short-staffed in the FOH, it was seriously THAT good. I do not recall the bartender’s name but it seemed like she was running it all (and absolutely killing it) until some help showed up. The biscuits and gravy I had were out of this world and the Bloody Mary was immaculate. My sister had the Mac n Cheese with the Hot Beer sausage and loved it. I will recommend this place to everyone every day of the week and if we are ever in Sonoma again we will be back!

My friend and I were excited to go to the Sausage Emporium, but we were concerned about walking in within 45 minutes of their closing time. The owner was so welcoming and friendly, and she appreciated that we cared about making them stay past close. We ate the sausage flight, and it is a MUST get; all of them were so good. We had a glass of her house sauvignon blanc, and it was great, too. 10/10 recommend!

Hello Linda, Our opening hours are published across our website sausage-emporium.com on our contact page and on Yelp and google and many other online platforms for all to see. We open on Monday 8am-4pm - for breakfast and lunch. Thank you Ron, for your support and understanding, we are working things out as we work with a new team and kitchen, after our head chef died unexpectedly a week before opening. We are four weeks in from opening and are still fine tuning menu and hours for your service and pleasure. Thank you for your support.
Hello Adam, we do not stock blood sausage (pudding) We have an English style sausage that we use in Sausage and Mash dish for lunch and dinner. Sausage Rolls may feature soon.
