Twice this place has charged my card $10.00 for a $3.00 wash and the one time I used the vacuum it had NO SUCTION. no phone # to contact anyone....I will make sure to warn all THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!

I’ve been overcharged multiple times now when using the credit card swipe option - screen indicates $6.00 charge for example when I’ve pushed “end” button, but my card is charged $10, that’s THEFT. Using the machine to change currency into tokens is extremely challenging here too, so I will no longer use this local car wash. So very bummed!!!

More better and renewed,to users tokens One dollar for the One token, low cost. Remember tokens not dollar.

How do you get a refund? Three times now I've lost money on the car wash, dollar bill changer, or vaccum. There is no phone number of owner, no way to contact owner. I hear of same complaints from others. Enough is enough. Time to report this.

I had the same issue today with the credit card machine I swiped three times I did not get soap or water but I got charged $10 I am infuriated that there is no recourse for this.

Where's the soap?!?! No soap except the brush handle!
