Parking is ridiculous the spaces are so jammed to gather you have to bring a can opener to get in your car or wait for others next to you to leave and at $1per 20min it can be costly

No free parking at all when it comes to the area close to the court house. Paid parking by the Amtrak station accross the court house or cheaper under the freeway by Old Sac.
