O have been the topic on every owner and mangers plate since 1989.That the year I brought home the contract for the army 88 frames. This is the perfect place to work IF you don't mind working in a pigsty. this is the job for you if you don't mind the boss trying to make you feel inferior, he down grades the employees, If you don't do the work exactly like he would do he pulls you off the job and more or less in his own language tells you you are stupid and don't know what you are doing. the man is really a piece of work and to tell ya the truth the place is chaos and that is because he doesn't know how to run a shop. if you plan on moving up threw a company this one is not it, i would not recommend this job for anyone who wants to better themselves. this place is for people who don't take there jobs serious, but the upper hand is you can miss as many days as you want and won't get fired but if you stand up for yourself you will get fired so he only wants the week to work for him so he can make them feel inferior. good luck at this hole,
