Booked 2 cabins with this company and spent a lot of money from our small organization for a weekend get away. However I left my personal $130 Apple TV box (used it for presentations) and it has been about a month and they still haven’t mailed it back to me. I’m a college student and I’m starting to think someone that works for them has stolen it. I’ve called multiple times and have been very patient but nothing has happened. The AC was broken in one of the lodges which thankfully they discounted our bill because of that. It just stinks that they can’t just mail me my belongings back. I was told it was going to be mailed July 5th and it’s July 23rd now… so I’m starting to become pessimistic… I’m not sure if I can advise our future leaders in our org to book there. Look out lodge was beautiful! Just disappointed in follow up treatment.

We spent a lovely weekend in one of their cottages last year, to celebrate my birthday. It was the first vacation in a while with everything happening due to the pandemic! We discovered wonderful surroundings, had lots of fun trekking and zip-lining. The property is well maintained, everyone has been super nice and welcoming, their breakfast outdoor really is a top way to start the day! And, well.. We actually got engaged here in the BlueBell cottage! Almost a year after, we are ready to get married in a few days! And a little (gold) bell, is part of our logo in the wedding invitation to honor and always remember this weekend!

We rented a cottage to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary...and were happy we did! The site was quiet and we only saw deep woods from the swing on our porch...no other cabins or people. I really nice breakfast was included and the grounds were very pretty.

We rented one of their cabins and we're overall very pleased with the experience. The cabin was set in the woods and the views were gorgeous and the setting was quiet. Cedar falls, old man's cave, etc. were a short distance from the cabin by car. The mattress and pillows were very comfy and we had asked the staff what kind they were with the thought of getting some for our home. The breakfast was complimentary and very tasty. The cabin also came with a small fridge and microwave which was handy. The only drawback was the low flow shower, which is why I did not rate this as five stars. To be fair, most people are doing this these days, however I can never feel truly clean with the low flow.
