The two guys working on 8/17 Wednesday at 12:30pm. Luis and Gary Were VERY rude and disrespectful when I was asking them why the whole transaction was charged on my account. they proceeded to argue and not even let me talk when I was trying to explain to them my concern. That is not how you treat your customers. They continued to repeat the same thing to me and when I asked to talk to their hire up they tried to shoot me down and made it seem like I was crazy and that they hadn’t charged me it was only “pending” in their words. Once I talked to their manager he assured me of everything and explained everything in detail to me with patience. Please hire people with good customer service and not people with short temper and attitude.

I have used this location many times and it's usually pertty friendly and right on point. However on this visit I found the guy behind the desk to be short and flat out rude. Which means I may have to find a new location after all how hard is it to be courteous to a customer when you only deal with them for a few minutes at a time. Also be aware they don't do walk arounds so you better or they may try and claim you did it. Also they don't offer rides to their customers and since we've already found they don't offer customer polite service my question is this what do they do??? I can rent a car anywhere.

Found what I was looking for last minute. But $270. To rent a car for one night is outrageous.
