We stayed here 5/30/2022 thru 6/10/2022. The park is very well maintained. Most sites are gravel but level. Almost every site has a small deck. Picnic bench and campfire ring at each site. We stayed in 18 with a 40 ft toy hauler and had plenty of room to park truck in front of trailer. I felt like there was ample room between sites. Park like setting. Very quiet park. The sites next to the road may be a little noisy due to traffic. Bathrooms and washroom well maintained. Great water pressure. The store was very well stocked. Trash barrels at each site and emptied frequently. Check in was easy and the management was friendly and helpful with any questions. Great campground and most definitely would stay here again!! Loved that you could pick your campsite at the time of booking.

Beautiful area. Very clean park, wonderful staff. Spots were level and had plenty of room. Restrooms and shower were clean and worked well.

I’m not sure we’ve ever encountered nicer people in our lives. Please stop here for your camping and convenient store needs even if you aren’t camping here. They have a Hunt Brothers pizza, a well stocked small grocery section, and quite a bit of tackle for purchase.

This was one of our favorite campgrounds ever! Jesse who owns the campground is an exceptional person! He helped us with a mechanical problem with one of his employees, worked a couple of hours to repair it and then refused to take any money! He said “no that’s what we do here.” That’s unheard of for the most part in today’s world and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help and we want everyone to know about his great campground. The campground is small and exceptionally clean and the people who work there are the nicest people to be around. We stayed a week and wish we could have stayed longer as we felt like we were part of a family there. If you’re ever in Pipestem, WV don’t even think about going anywhere else but this campground! But call as soon as you can as it’s extremely popular and for good reason! Thank you Jesse and staff for a most memorable week!

Yes they have electricity, water and sewage hook ups for the RV's and than have electricity to the tent sites as well. There are nice showers and special handicap shower house, laundry mat, sinks to wash your dishes in, small store for items you may have forgotten or need. Sell Firewood as well.
$35/night full hookup sites. All sites are level and shaded.
It starts at the very next road just passed the stables and actually has some of the froth catchers there beside the stables

The park is 20 min from Princeton 45 to 50 min from WVU campus area.
Long as you pay rent, they have a camper here now that been here for a while, the owner only comes out once in a while.
