I went in for a oil change only for them to leave the bolt loose and oil spilt I had to go back so they can screw it back normal. Something else worth noting is before the change they tried telling me I had a “problem” and tried to do another service. It’s a good thing I checked my self and saw the bolt loose. Beware folks this felt to me like a scam and tried to take more out of my pockets.
