It appeared as though there was only one associate working on a Sunday afternoon. Maybe this had something to do with the time of day but it took a little longer to get a return label than I had anticipated. But the gentleman was professional, kind and helpful. I appreciate that.

Not helpful at all, the lady working wouldn’t even help me print a word document, I always go to other locations and I always email them a document and then they print it. I guess they don’t do that at this one? It was clean so I gave it stars only for that

I was just at FedEx on Sunrise in Citrus heights and watched the associate do a passport photo. So yes they do.
I'm pretty sure there's not anyone that monitors these. It'ss so much easier to simply to pick up the phone and dial. Also if you have Chase Bank, there's a free notary in the location across from Sunrise Mall.
