No happy. I was informed, I was late to my appointment, the MA... But not true. I checked in 15 mins early. My appointment WAS for annual exam with other medical problems. I was in the (waiting area)for some time and then there was a waiting time to see the doctor. I felt this was Wrong, .. I feel the Dr. PATEL, did not care enough, she recommended to reschedule. The problem with this .... now I need to request more time off from work. She didn't care enough to ask about my other medical issues. Just reschedule as she is walking out the door. I will no longer see this person. To me she is not a doctor. Who cares for her patient... I m just a number to her. I'm truly dissatisfied with the medical facility.

I have gone to to many clinics to count. I told my doctor when I first met him treat me with respect and I would do the same. I think I have one of the best doctors Sacramento has to offer. We have a great doctor patient relationship.
