Will get take out again, but this was not my best experience. Margarita was premixed, they did not ask how I wanted it this time. My stuffed chicken was very over cooked. It was a Friday night but definitely not inviting.

Being a new Goochland resident and lover of Mexican food, wherever I have lived, I find my favorite and frequent it. That said, unfortunately it will not be Mi Jalisco. Food was...meh, to unfavorable, the shredded chicken breast in my chimichanga was tough and the worst refried beans I've ever eaten. To say I prefer canned beans over theirs says a lot. The entire dish tasted the same, no flavor complexities. As far as atmosphere, it was so loud in there from extra loud conversations, when I left, my ears actually hurt. The service was the only redeeming quality of the restaurant - fast and attentive. While I thought about not leaving a review because it would be so negative, because it had been highly recommended through our Counties Facebook page, I felt it was in order to share my experience. My hard earned money will go to Los Panchos, just a few miles away in the Courthouse area of our county. It is now hands down, my favorite of the two.

Great food and reasonable prices. I ordered 2 entrees to bring home and this restaurant generously enclosed plenty of taco chips with 2 dipping sauces! I'm impressed!!! I will be going back to this place!!

Love This Spot!!!! The staff and food are always excellent! We come twice a month at least!. This place is truly a gem! You won’t be disappointed!!’
