Food not in stock for 6+ months. Ore Ida hash browns out of stock 3+ months, staff say it's "supply chain issues" but mysteriously all the other Ore-Ida potatos products are restocked. If its a supply chain issue the other products wouldn't be there. Also, why do the other safeways have it and you don't? Bigelow Earl Grey Tea out of stock 1+ week Tea Biscuits out of stock for 6+ months Burger patties out of stock 1+ week Bread products out of stock 1+ month all you get is excuses from their staff. "supply chain" this, "supply chain" that. Let's face it, you're just not ordering more food and refusing to restock it. Someone at this safeway is lazy and doesn't want to do their job. Horrible safeway, horrible customer service, horrible overpriced products, and NOTHING IS IN STOCK FOR 3 MONTHS, 6 MONTHS, TO AN ENTIRE YEAR!

Last week I visited this Safeway only to discover that almost every item on my grocery list still hasn't been re-stocked after waiting several months. The Ore-Ida shredded hash browns have been out of stock for about 3 months now. I have tried repeatedly to talk to people at the store about this, but it doesn't seem like anyone has any idea what's going on or why they are not being restocked. Other Ore-Ida potato products are all in stock, just the shredded hash browns have been mysteriously missing for several months. Several other products are missing and not being restocked as well. A tea biscuit brand I enjoy has been out of stock since I bought the last box 4 or 5 months ago. I struggled to even find hamburger buns. The few I found had massive wads of blue and green mold growing on them. They had been sitting there expired for weeks. I notified store staff before leaving. A few days later, I returned to the safeway again, hoping maybe at least one of the items I had gone the previous time to buy had been restocked. Nothing was restocked, and the moldy bread I told staff about several days ago is still there. The staff at this safeway literally do not care about anything. Do not respond asking me to call you and stretch this out. I am not wasting my time calling Safeway to repeat what I already wrote in this review. You do not even care about my feedback and only post those responses on these reviews to create the impression that you care. You do not and your safeway deserves to be closed down. This needs to be at zero stars.

basic products not restocked for 6+ months. mysterious nonexistent "supply chain issues" that don't exist anywhere else and mysteriously don't affect other products made from the same ingredients made by the same brands. someone at safeway is causing these products not to be restocked. they are not caused by supply chain issues. either someone is not managing inventory correctly, or some warehouse are not placing orders when they should. this is not surprising because most of the employees are poorly paid and do not care about their jobs
