Updated 07.07.22. Same deal. Biking today on my wfh lunch break. Got a flat. Walked it to Trek on K, and friendly service had me back on road within 30 minutes. Still Awesome. ********* Woke up for my daily morning bike ride this morning, and discovered my rear tire was flat. Took it over to nearby Trek Bikes on K Street and they were super helpful and quick and had me back on my bike within 15 minutes! Well worth it, thanks for the awesome customer service!! A++

Very impressed with both their bike service and customer service! I had been in a few times for small parts and they were always polite and attentive. So I decided to bring my bike by for service and they not only did the work incredibly fast (I’ve never had a 2 day turn around at a bike shop in my life) but they went above and beyond on my repairs, doing more and not even charging me for it. When I picked up my bike, they took a few minutes to explain all the repairs and what to watch out for in the future. The I chatted with them for 5 minutes more about biking in Sacramento. I have another bike that needs a tune up, and I will be bringing it here—even though their tune ups are more expensive than some other shops, I know I’ll get quality service and great customer service as well.

Sorry, I think your message cut off short. If you're asking if there's a way plot prevent flats, there is a product available. Its basically a thick tube liner that gets installed between the tire and the tube. I used to get flats all the time but since I put this liner in, I haven't had a flat in YEARS! I definitely recommend putting one in.
