I have been to this place twice. The people there are nice and friendly. It’s a very peaceful, clean and the kids and adults enjoy the playground. And it’s next to the library.

It’s great Cameron Park has a pool, it would be better if it was opened during reasonable hours so that people with Monday through Friday jobs could actually use it. Hours of operation are kind of a joke.

I think you can get the train from the Sac downtown station to Oakland. Then there's BART to SF. No direct anything from Shingle Springs. I've not done it because it is circuitous. I looked into it some years ago.
