We stayed in this motel over the weekend. We arrived 3 hours early to check-in they said they cannot let is in because they do not have available clean rooms. We travel a lot this is the first time we have ever encounter that a front desk cannot provide a good customer service. Front desk said he will call us when there is an available room but never heard back from front desk. No consideration at all. Upon checking in at 9pm, we walked in the motel, and it smelled like an old dog that has not been bathe for months, with a mix of mold and a smell of pot. It was not pleasant at all. The motel looks outdated needs a serious renovation. On top of that I believe that there are residents living there permanently. The motel's walls are so thin, we can hear our neighbor's conversations, we can hear their babies cry in the middle of the night, we can hear people in the hallway, we can hear children jumping from above us. It was not a quiet place to stay at all. The room itself is okay! It looks tidy but I disinfected the room we stayed in again. The bathroom needs deep cleaning there's lot of stains in the tub. Who knows what it is? The shower water pressure is superb, they have hot and cold water I think that's the only thing we liked about this motel. The next night, we asked for extra towels front desk told us that he will ask the housekeeping to give us towels the next day. When we need to use it that night. He ended up giving us a pool towel. We are not pleased with the management's poor customer service, neither the location nor the motel itself. Would NEVER come back.

This hotel is full of permanent residents who have no respect for overnight travelers. The room next to ours had a dog that barked and was howling all night because its owner was “at work”. Front desk lied to is over and over about the situation, which they were very aware of. The hotel was in poor condition and stunk of mold & pot. We left in the middle of the night disgusted and tired from a long day of traveling. No sleep for us!!! STAY AWAY if you need a clean, quiet place to stay.

We used to stay at this location a lot year ago. We stayed for one night this past week and were very disappointed, requested a ground floor room because we travel with our puppies and they put us on the second floor. Motel definitely needs some updating. The water was hot but the pressure was terrible. The room itself felt very small and very little lighting. The girl at the front desk seemed to only care about talking on the phone with another employee in the middle of checking us in. And the room itself smelled as if someone had been smoking in it prior to is going in and it's supposed to be a non smoking motel. The person above us sounded like they were dragging a chair around on the floor all night. The beds were too hard for me to sleep. I've stayed in nicer red roof inns that were so outdated. Won't be coming back to this location again. Next time I'll stay in Harrisburg.

One of the best hotels on the mile as far as well maintained rooms and cleanliness. Because of the area they do get a fair amount of transients, that's just the nature of their location-but if there are issues they do take care of them promptly. Highly recommended.
