Would never bring another computer back here again. Broke the outer touch screen on my laptop. Took the to them with the replacement part. They broke the screen underneath, and lied to me about it, said it was broken when they got it, which it was not, we both looked at it. Charged me for the screen they broke.Then they put the wrong screen back in it so I had to take it back again. They finally managed to put the right screen in it. But now it's held together with electrical tape, because whatever they did broke it so badly that it won't stay together anymore. And for the record, this is the 2nd time I have posted this review. Because the 1st one has magically disappeared. Guess that's pretty easy for a computer shop to do.

After several failed attempts with purchases and returns from Office Depot to get my computer and monitor to speak the same language, I was referred to Utilize I.T. by the recently retired owner of Team Electronics. I worked with Keith and he came out to my car to look at the computer/monitor setup and recommended the correct cables I needed the first time. Great to work with and very knowledgeable! I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for your help.
