A bit small and narrow. There's usually a line up of cars, but good suction from the vacuums.

Sandra at the till was super helpful and friendly. My car got hit in front of the store, and we worked out everything on the lot, and even though we weren't customers at the time, I will be when my car gets fixed. Because people helping others with nothing to gain are people I want to give my money to

They recently changed the minimum, resulting in a 200% price increase for a carwash. You used to be able to buy 1$ worth at a time, but now you have to buy 3$ worth of water at a time. I see a lot of their feedback saying they only adjusted the time, but don't think they understand how people use the car wash. Having 3 1 minute sessions is completely different than 1 3 minute session. Washing your car used to be like this: 1$ rinse - > 1$ soap, and wash your car -> 1$ rinse = 3$ total But now you have to buy 3$ at a time. 3$ rinse -> 3$ soap, and wash your car, -> 3$ to rinse = 9$ total The problem with the recent price/time change is that it takes multiple sessions to wash your car. It used to be very convenient in 1 minute intervals, but now you have to buy 3 minutes when you don't need 3 minutes.

In the past months, Brown Bear Car Wash had made some significant negative change to their service that negatively affect my car wash experience. The price went up. From $1 per 100 seconds to $1 per 80 seconds, and from $5 for 6 tokens to $5 for 5 tokens. I totally understand this change, since we were sitting at a very low price for years, and price hike is reasonable. What's actually bothering is that currently there is a minimum spending of $3 (4 minutes). Not very friendly for either quick hands, or someone just want to do a quick minute car wash to wash off all the leaves under the car. In addition, if someone accidentally run out of time with a few soap spots in the car, the person may have to pay $3 to clean that up instead of $1.

We do not have a shampoo machine, just vacuums.
Hi Atit, We ask that customers not wash their engines at our car washes.
No. It's a do it yourself car wash
