I’ve gone to this location twice now the first time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they said that their online ordering wasn’t working and told me to get to the back of the line if I wanted to order even though my card had already been charged. I just went back to give them a second chance and when I ordered and asked for a side of olives the (what looked like manager) told me he wasn’t allowed to give out olives because there wasn’t a way to charge for them ??? This was after letting me know they were out of garlic for the garlic bread… I’m not understand the way this establishment is ran. I work across the street and come here on my lunch break and am continuously met with bad consumer service and rude employees. This place is not worth the waste of time energy and money.

Central LA, Los Angeles, CA 052 5/12/2022 At 3AM, Blaze Pizza comes out the other end. Blaze Pizza is the worst pizza I have eaten IN MY LIFE. This isn't just bad, it's UNHEALTHY. The crust tastes like cardboard, they forgot to put on the Mozzarella that I paid for, and they were stingy with the other toppings too. The dizzy delivery person was twenty minutes late, the pizza was cold, and even though I wrote instructions to deliver on the second floor, I find the delivery person standing at a door on the first floor. Blaze Pizza managed to get NOTHING right. Before you order Blaze Pizza, order toilet paper first. Post-Script: I reported them to the LA Dept of Health. I was sick for half a day. The most basic rule for running a restaurant should be: "Don't make your customers sick!"

Pizza is tasty. Sometimes when you online order, it takes longer than anticipated. They are also often out of toppings, such as onion and salami. The prices are a little high, with the high rise dough BYO pizza being $14.50 w/tax. It is a little bit of a weird serving size, I’m usually full off 4 slices, with 2 remaining. And I have a big stomach. So unless you skipped a meal or something, you’ll likely have leftovers.
